Apexical, Inc. – Corporate Website Design & Development

I designed and developed the website for Apexical, a specialty-chemicals manufacturer serving global industries with custom coatings, flame-retardants, and surface-finishing solutions.

Key highlights:

  • Crafted a clean, industrial-professional visual identity that reflects Apexical’s positioning as a high-performance, precision chemical partner.
  • Built a multi-section site featuring the company’s core product categories: Flame Retardants, Coatings & Adhesives, and Specialties. apexical.com
  • Designed a clear, intuitive navigation structure, enabling customers (industrial buyers, textile processors, manufacturers) to easily find relevant product lines and applications.
  • Ensured responsive, mobile-friendly design to support site visitors across devices and geographies.
  • Integrated contact and lead-capture functionality so that industry clients can easily request product information or technical support. apexical.com

My role included:

  • UI/UX design from concept through wireframes and visual comps, aligning with the client’s brand values of innovation, precision and quality.
  • Front-end development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) with a responsive grid system to ensure the site performs across desktop, tablet and mobile.
  • CMS integration allowing the client to manage product pages, update technical documentation, and publish news or updates without developer assistance.
  • Copy and content structuring: organising product-category pages (e.g., “Flame Retardants”, “Coatings”, “Specialties”) and their applications (textile, automotive, construction) for readability and clarity. apexical.com
  • Basic SEO & performance optimisation: ensuring metadata, site structure, image sizes, and mobile usability meet industry standards.

Technology stack & notable features:

  • Platform: (e.g., WordPress / custom CMS) — specify based on your build
  • Responsive layout with cross-browser compatibility
  • Product category and application-specific pages (rather than full ecommerce)
  • Lead capture form with configurable notifications
  • Optimised for speed and mobile-first presentation — important for B2B industrial websites
